How do I get early access to tickets to tickets for the Westlife 25 World Tour
You need to have ordered The Ultimate Collection from this store before 1pm GMT Tuesday 28th October 2025.
Or, sign up and confirm your email via the form on the official store before 1pm GMT Tuesday 28th October 2025.
When will I get my presale access code?
If you purchased the album from the official store, or registered via the form, you will receive an email between 2:00pm and 5:00pm GMT Tuesday 28th of October 2025, containing your presale code, a link to the presale and details of the tour.
When does the presale open?
The exclusive presale window runs from 10am local, Wednesday 29th October 2025.
Presale access does not guarantee you tickets; it guarantees your eligibility to access the ticket presale before general release. Please note, due to high demand
tickets are extremely limited.

How does the code work?
In order to qualify for the ticket presale you need to order directly from the official Westlife music store.
Each code is only valid for the Westlife 25th Anniversary World Tour.
Please keep the email containing your presale link and passcode, ready for the presale.
One code is issued per customer, allowing 4 tickets to be purchased
How do i redeem my code?
Simply follow the link provided in your email, which will take you to a designated presale page.
Please ensure you are entering your passcode into the appropriate box.
I've pre-ordered the album but I have not received my code yet, why?
You should receive your code between 2:00pm and 5:00pm GMT Tuesday 28th October 2025, please check both your inbox and junk mail folders carefully to locate this email.
The code, along with all the tour details will be sent to the email address that you used when making your album purchase.
Your code will be sent from the email address uknoreply@ceremonyofroses.com -search your inbox for emails from this email address.
